Hi Bill,

I have not had much time to shoot lately and my subjects have been limited. My favorite things to shoot are flowers and this is just not the season ... until I get my usual Christmas flower delivery. I will try to send some soon. When I decorate my tree I will do some shots of ornaments.
Were you happy with the results that you got using the tripod?

I also have a problem with camera shake and so VR does help me. When I shot with a 35mm I never had the problem that I do now. Maybe it come with getting older for me.

Had a few inches of snow late this afternoon into early evening here in CT.
