I'm still having a tough time deciding which lens to choose:
- Nikkor 70-300mm VR
- Nikkor 70-200mm VR
- Nikkor 85mm f/1.4D AF
I already have the following for my Nikon D70:
- Nikkor 50mm f/1.8D AF (my favorite by far)
- Tamron 28-75mm
- Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8
- Nikkor 28-200mm f/2.5-5.6G (my second favorite lens)
I really like your Cuba set on flickr. Here's mine from Costa Rica with the D300+18-200VR (mostly, though some with the Tokina 12-24 and some with the 50 F1.8).
I carry two leses: 18-200, and 50mm 1.8 prime. I use the 50mm for indoor gymnasium shots (sports where I am denied flash), and the 18-200 for EVERYTHING else.
Hello, I bought the Tarmon 18-270mm Di II VC 3.5-6.3f - So far I like it very much. You get a full range - Portraits to Telephoto - Plus Dpreview.com rated it higher than the Nikon 18-200mm VR 3.5-5.6f. Many other site love this lens to. This is my first Tamron lens and I have to say it is very soild. Goodluck to you
